We enjoyed the fabulous beach just across the road, with its pebbly shore and clear waters. The hotel's location on the promenade along the beach was perfect for us, as we wanted to explore the area on foot. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and we particularly appreciated the walk-in shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the air conditioning made our stay very comfortable.

We spent Xmas at a resort hotel, and there were two things that stood out: the beautiful view from the pool and the friendly staff. The hotel's location is also perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle of the city. Plus, we didn't have to worry about breakfast since it was included.

The room itself was a huge disappointment. It was small and uncomfortable.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was fantastic! The hotel had a beautiful view of the sea and the beach area was absolutely amazing. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, they even went out of their way to make reservations for us at a nearby restaurant. The massage services they offered were also very relaxing! parking was easy to find and the room itself was tidy and well-maintained.

The breakfast selection could have been better, as there were no vegetables offered. the pool was a bit chilly.

This is a perfect place to stay at the coast of Italy. People are very friendly. We got a perfect room with a big terrace. Food is very good and at the beach they have an excellent service.

The breakfast is rather minimal for such a good hotel.

Showerspace far too small

The room at Best Western Hotel Acqua Novella was extremely comfortable and cozy, making me feel right at home. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels allowed me to unwind and catch up on my favorite shows. As a laid-back traveler, this room was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I found the minibar in the room to be a bit overpriced. However, I understand that some guests might still enjoy the convenience it offers.

Great location--beautiful ocean views....super buffet breakfast--worth paying extra for room view of the ocean...clean rooms, friendly staff...had originally only booked one night there on our way to France--ended up booking two more nights on the way back from France--despite parking issues....hotel right across the street from beach--not sandy beach that most Americans expect, but very clean area--raked daily!

There is no decent hotel parking--up a long narrow road/driveway--room for only 8-10 cars in their parking lot--others have to park down the hill--not as safe--especially during tourist season..but we came back, despite the parking!

I selected this hotel out of tens available in the area because it offers Turkish Bath on the website. What a disappointment that the Turkish Bath was closed down years ago!!! It also boasts about availability of massage - but you will not get it at time you want because the masseur/masseuse works for multiple hotels in the area.
