  Location were convenient, the computer was set up very securely in the back of the hotel and the staff were professional and friendly. The water was very warm, breakfast was good.

  The location is great, just a few minutes to the metrorail and probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Staff is courtious and helpful, rooms are clean. Lots of shopping, fast food and restaurants close by, gym must be available at least till 9 pm in the evening.

  Wireless internet connection is only in lobby and not reliable, the stairs to parking is scary. Sheets are old and smell old.

  Free internet and the convenient location to the metro station, very bad hotel, great price. Pleasant and helpful service, hot water did not work for 1 night, the Pikkolo restaurant to the rear was excellent as were the staff and Owners.

  Great location for metrorail and metrobus, nice price for that quality. Staff were least helpful and the room was clean, spacious and had a small refrigerator and microwave.

  Instead of having to drive to shop i am able to walk outside go a block and be at the mall, for the location is a reasonable hotel, just bread jelly for brkfst.

  And the staff are not very friendly, poor air conditioning and towel is not clean in my opinion.

  The lobby was attractive and the location, is as mentioned by others, just great, maybe a drink at a bar and a light meal.

  Hotel is old and shabby, the staff is very incompetent,unfriendly, and unprofessional, the room inside is absolutely filthy.

  Complimentary breakfast now pretty good, nice swimming pool.

  Poor customer service and poor area, bad hotel, no internet connection only in the dirty lobby. The front desk staff were slow and impolite, room supplies were not replenished even after many requests.
