The location is perfect and peaceful, close to the shopping area. Well priced room with comfy beds, 2 televisions, and a writing desk.

room was great, clean and comfortable, night staff at desk very nice

cont. breakfast was a pigstye. plenty of staff but actually walked around trash that was overflowing out of trashcan. counters a mess , tables had trash on them, once removed by me, table sticky. requested coffee and juice but none brought out. one employee actually had her "boyfriends" kid their eating and requesting help to reach various food items and to make her hot chocolate. needless to say, went out for coffee.

I've never been to a hotel with hardwood floors before. I was very impressed. The man working the front desk when I checked in was very helpful and we had a nice conversation. He deserves a promotion.

It was difficult to find. You have to go into Taco Bell's parking lot and then go to the right. For travelers, it is more difficult because the gps doesn't know how to get there either.

The room was large and the bed was big. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping center and close to shops, restaurants, and the shopping area. The food at the continental breakfast was great.

The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and always awesome. The continental breakfast was great, and the room was amazingly comfortable with a microwave and a couch. The hotel's location in Hammond is awesome, right next to the freeway, making it easy to get around.

The hotel is definitely recommended to family. This hip new venue is wonderful with customer-focused staff. The continental breakfast is a feast.

The room we had was clean and comfortable, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. We were pleased with the convenient location of the hotel, as it was within walking distance of several shopping malls. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as an outdated exterior and limited breakfast options, overall I would recommend this hotel.

I really got great value for my money at this hotel. The room had tiled floors which were perfect for my pets, and I loved the private entrance. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient with a mall nearby.

The only thing I wish was better about the breakfast option was that there could have been more variety.
