The hotel’s rooms vary from 10-13sqm to 50sqm in size and include small, medium, large and extra large rooms, as well as Hugo Berns suite, Robert Berns suite and Clock suite. The Hugo Berns Suite was originally part of the apartment where Hugo Berns lived. The Robert Berns suite used to be a part of the former home of Robert Berns, who founded Berns in 1863. The Clock suite is a two-story suite overlooking the Berzelii park and the Nybroviken harbour. There is a sauna in the bathroom. The suite features pay- and cable-TV, music media system, mini-bar, broadband and air cooler. Rooms feature pay-TV as well as cable-TV, mini-bar, air conditioner, internet broadband connection and a music sound system.

Dining options

Berns Asian serves delights from all over Asia. Breakfast buffet is served from 7am to 10am. On weekdays guests are invited to try Yum Cha (chinese afternoon tea) with the renowned dessert buffé. Bistro Berns in Berzelii Park serves French cuisine.

Stockholm has a number of interesting sights. It is worth seeing the Royal palace and the Drottningholm palace that give an insight into the world of Swedish monarchy. Vasa museum houses exhibition on the 17th century warship. Museum of Modern Art holds collections of Swedish and international art. It is advisable to stroll around the Old town and walk in the Riddarholmskyrkan that dates back to medieval times. The Stockholm archipelago is a famous archipelago that comprises 24,000 islands and stretch 80km east of the city centre.

Getting there.

The Arlanda airport is the main international airport located within an hour drive to the hotel. The Arlanda express train connects the airport to the Stockholm’s central station and departs every 15 minutes. Bromma airport is a smaller airport, just 15-minute away from the city center. There is also Skavsta airport mostly used by Ryanair and Wizzair.

Getting around.

Stockholm has an efficient metro system with 100 stations that cover all the downtown places and many inner suburbs. Trains are available from 5am to 1am on weekdays and all night on weekends. The Nybroplan tram stop is walking distance from the hotel.
