It was the best of Kandersteg hotels I visited previously.

Wonderful location of the hotel to the Sunnbüel cable car. Well-appointed rooms with comfy bed, varied breakfast.

The breakfast with cheese, ready cooked boiled eggs and birchermuseli was enjoyable for what you got. It was in an unbelievable location, walk from a train station. We didn't have time, so we would come back for sure.

stayed here for cycling and can recommend it. the place was spotlessly clean and quirky, had well-trained staff who introduce themselves by name and provide excellent service in general. location: the hotel was close to bus stop, kandersteg, and a hike. it also was perfectly facing the mountains.

The hotel offers cosy, immaculate rooms with mountain view, a balcony, amazing views. It boasts a marvellous and gorgeous location; not far from the gondola up to Lake Oeschinsen, which is a must if staying in Kandersteg, and supermarket that close at 9pm.

This hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for travelers. It's just a short walk from the train station, which is ideal if you're carrying heavy suitcases. The hotel also offers breathtaking views of the mountains from the rooms, allowing you to wake up to a scenic view every morning. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided is a great start to the day, with a nice variety of bread, cheese, and fresh fruit salad.

Having internet access should not be an option in any hotel... this hotel has a computer in the lobby with internet and a printer...... it would have been better if they can provide a free wifi

Not only is it centrally located in the heart of the village, close to shops and the train station, but it also provides stunning views of the mountains. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with the added bonus of a balcony to enjoy the fantastic scenery. The staff are attentive and friendly, making you feel welcomed and ensuring that your every need is taken care of. Plus, the breakfast spread is delicious and offers a taste of Swiss cuisine.

The staff was amazing. The owners were ever present, ensuring that guests were happy and comfortable. The restaurant was very good. The jewel of this hotel is a location that cannot be beat; it is quite literally across the street from the path to the lift to Oesshinensee and an easy walk to all of Kandersteg. I would definately return, and recommend to others!

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel in the center of a charming mountain resort. The location was absolutely perfect, with breathtaking views of the mountains right from my room's balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. The attention to detail was impressive, with beautiful table arrangements and even a helpful booklet with weather forecasts and local tips. The breakfast buffet was tasty and varied, featuring fresh fruit, different breads, and hot food cooked to order. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
