Berjaya Redang Beach Resort Kuala Terengganu - 瓜拉丁加奴

The location of the resort is very good and so was the quality of the water.

The location was excellent and the staff were superb, friendly and attentive at all times.

Beautiful location, their boats may not be that big and im sure the island is wonderful.

Journey from Redang Airport to the Resort is only about 5 minutes bus ride.

Nearly all of us from the plane is staying at the resort so when the airport transfer (a bus) dropped us off at the resort, there were so many guest checking in.

We had to sit in reception for nearly two hours before our room waa ready, then we found out that the rooms we had booked had some problems so we had to be down graded to just sea view rooms instead of a two bedroom suite.

We had to call down to reception (several times, until someone answered the phone) and request our bed (we weren't sure if the one down the hall was meant for us so hesitated to roll it into our room ourselves).

The room cleaning was a slow process during which towels and new bed sheet where flying in black bags all over the hallway.

The buffet and bar snacks are poor but the new Thai restaurant "Jingthai" is fine.

Service in the restaurants was ridiculously slow, regardless of the number of people in the restaurant.

The hotel restaurants also serve Western dishes at twice the price of the Asian ones or more (About 10 -12 euros per Western dish, such as New Zealand steak, versus 3 - 6 euros for a Chinese/Malaysian dish with chicken or beef.

酒店环境挺好，berjaya无疑是Redang最好的海滩.

Additionally the staff were so keen to make your stay perfect and the service was also excellent.

There is though a shuttle that can take you from the lobby, but usually you'll find this more useful when going back to the hotel room rather than coming from.

Our block was about 5-10 minutes walk down to the restaurant / pool / lobby.

Water is so clear and maybe facilities at the spa should be added like outdoor Jacuzzi.

The sea is as clear as I've ever seen, the beach at the hotel is very beautiful and room is generally clean.

The room is well maintained, spacious and clean.

Staff was really really friendly, the rooms were very clean and the meals were all great.

Room is generally clean and spacious for two.

The suite was great, bars was of a good standard a tad pricier than the mainland and a very fresh colorful dish came to my friend.
