Additionally the Berjaya room price for a deluxe room is competitive compared to similar category hotels such as Cititel, good for people like us don't drive there and also the proximity & connectivity to Komtar makes very convenient for a tourist to travel to different parts of the city.

Great location in terms of proximity to Gurney Plaza - only 0.

Best location, nearby the Bayview is a good option you get a cheap rate and there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel.

A nice view over Penang and the hotel was in a great location for our needs.

Service centre are clean, u won't have any transport problem because taxi stand is just outside the front door and the convenience store at the ground floor is a great saver in terms of drinking water.

All other attraction and easy to take bus.

The staff are nice and helpful, the bed is really comfortable.

At a good location to take public transport, the staff of the Hotel are very friendly and i have a wider option for similar priced rooms at Northam Suite.

We liked our overall stay in room and staff friendly. Additionally better cleaning services in shower/bathroom, good food.

We didn't stay as there was no available table anyway and the suite was very nice.

Even the bellboy was far better than the girl behind the front desk, toilet bowl was dirty.

Best location, nearby the Bayview is a good option you get a cheap rate and there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel. Additionally the staff is very friendly.
