Later turn onto Jalan Mesjid Negeri Street and at the second roundabout turn right onto Brown Road. Take the third turning right and you will see the hotel on your right.

  Good location & luxury room and convenient parking facility I drive up from Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is ancient, price is reasonable too and lobby and service centre are clean, comfortable and friendly. Staff need to improve more, bed is great n comfy and f&b food is nice and tasty.

  The live bar is too loud to be fun and the curtains are dirty. The swimming pool is cloudy and fit as fish ponds.

  The location is near gurney and beach and Gurney plaza on good bus route for city and beach. This hotel is surely the worst i stayed in and and Gurney Drive is only a walking distance away. The staff are friendly and helpful, room is clean.

  Lobby is too small, the breakfast is quite bad, no variety and not tasty, the facilities are too old.

  Nice view over Penang, near to gurney drive and local and fast food within the vicinity. Good hotel tasty buffet breakfast and the competitive price. Staff were quite friendly & and the rate was pretty reasonable for a suite.

  Toilet bowl was dirty, pool on the 8th floor was tiny.

  The location was good, my stay in a budget hotel in Sydney was much better than and the staff were friendly and very prompt. Rooms were adequate and clean, breakfast included was awesome.

  Pillows were hard and uncomfortable, small bathroom, the toilet bowl was also filthy.

  Good room views of georgetown and esplanade walking distance away. Fantastic stay in Malaysia and reasonable for the price. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed.

  Short of towels after cleaning, bad breakfast and dirty swimming pool.

  Location wise 's good and nice hotel. The staff were courteous and the room was big and spacious. Unfortunately, the lunch provided at the event, as well as the breakfast was terrible.

  Best location and good value. Staff helpful and courteous, efficient, clean room. Free mini bar, large buffet breakfast and minimal Facilities.

  For me the price is a little expensive and also the toilet at lobby is very dirty and wet.

  All other attraction, good value and the staff are nice and helpful. Bath rooms are clean too.

  The toilet seat is worst than some of our public toilets, the breakfast is disgusting.

  The night view is most spectacular, the location of the hotel is convenient for communicating between the town and rooms are clean and staff and helpful. Buffets are nice and cheap, breakfast has good variety.

  Flat screen lcd, modern design, great view, and the toilet is clean, the location of the hotel is quite good within walking distance to gurney drive. The bed is comfy, air cond working well.
