We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the rooms always warm and cosy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a swimming pool and spa area that went beyond our expectations. The location near the slopes and in the village allowed for easy access to skiing and exploring the area surrounded by jaw-dropping mountains. The staff was very helpful and polite, making us feel welcomed and accommodated throughout our stay.
Nothing to fault.

Spent Easter at a hotel that was simply amazing! The food was definitely one of the best things about our stay, with a huge variety to choose from every day and the desserts were to die for. I also loved the pool and spa facilities which were well maintained and made our stay incredibly relaxing. Plus, the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from shops, bars, and restaurants. We were able to explore the local area with ease, enjoying the picturesque scenery and hiking trails.
That the all-inclusive drinks were limited to certain areas, which meant we couldn't take a drink back to our room. , the room we got felt a little outdated and could use some renovation.

Located in the mountains, this hotel offers a perfect spot on the edge for skiing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and plenty of wardrobe space. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection including fruit, yogurts, bacon, eggs, cheese. The all-inclusive service was excellent and the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The spa area was impressive and the pool was always clean and refreshing.
The lift was a bit old and small, but not a major issue.

We recently stayed at a hotel in the Tyrol region and it was a perfect romantic escape. The hotel is located in a charming area with plenty of lovely walks nearby and fantastic views of the hills. The breakfast offered a great selection including delicious fresh bread and amazing Austrian pastries. The evening meals were fantastic with top-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. One of the highlights of this hotel is the fantastic wellness area that offers great treatments and a relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel did not have much to offer in terms of entertainment and there is no liveliness in the atmosphere. We noticed that some of the rooms were still dated and in need of refurbishment.
