Private hotel and favourable location in the middle of jackson. Great and fantastic food. Location very close to shopping center newly updated, restaurants and shopping malls.

Every time in Elkhart, I choose this place. It's a beautifully kept hotel in Elkhart. Staff is very very helpful and you can park your car on site. The location of the venue is particularly good and excellent, so close to Elkhart or the South Bend area, all restaurants and shopping, and shopping malls. The place to have lunch relatively close to the venue is Mcalister's Deli.

We didn't want to leave, recommend. A lot of food for breakfast, it was great. Got the same exceptionally clean and reasonably priced room with very comfortable beds booked online, enjoyed that.

It was beautifully kept hotel and we had a fine stay. Property's staff was consistently courteous all the time. There were decent size rooms with excellent linen, nice bathroom and very comfortable beds. The location couldn't be more particularly good and excellent in the middle of jackson.

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to make guests feel at home, just like the Singh family and staff did for the reviewer who stayed for five months. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and a shopping center, making it easy to find a good meal or do some shopping. Additionally, the rooms are comfortable, with very comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The nite I was comped for having to change rooms, and the friendly maintenance guy, he was very polite, we saw each other every day as this motel has sadly been let go.

300 words can only begin to cover what I disliked about this motel! Had the water shut off before my shower and had to change rooms, no hot water in 2nd room, was told to let it run for 15-20 minutes, got lukewarm then back to cold. Had to stay 10 days with no shower coz I could not afford to back out of my reservation. My grandchildren came to visit and we were having a wonderful time until we discovered feces in the pool we were in. I have stayed in this motel for years and it has slowly gone from an upscale place to a filthy dive. A friend who was going to stay with me did a walk through and refused to stay, warned me of piles of dirt in the lobby. Three days later it was still there when I arrived. I would not let my dog stay there, if I had one, and I hate dogs

This hotel offers great value for money and affordable prices, making it a solid choice for a stop in the area. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, especially with the complimentary Wi-Fi available in the common areas, which was a convenient bonus. The location of the hotel in a nice quiet recessed area added to the overall peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

For the price and location to South Bend, the motel was very convenient. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast coupon to Callahans was also a nice accessorie. Enjoyed it and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Hot tub was broken and staff stated it had been broken for 6 months. Little things needed addressed like burned out light bulbs and leaky air conditioners.

This hotel had a great location close to the interstate and in walking distance from some nice places to eat. The staff was accommodating and friendly, even helping me carry my bag up the stairs. The room was clean and comfortable, and the coffee in the room had a selection of flavors. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and parking was easy.

Can't fault the property in any way.

You do not advertise that you have a inside and outside pools and a hot tub, then when your guess arrives and checkes in fines out the outside pool has a cover over it and the inside pool is not heated and the hot tub is shut down for cleaning. Nobody was working on the hot tub that afternoon or nobody was working on it the next morning cleaning it. So we paid full price for items that we could not use. We could of stayed in a hotel down the street that only had a bed for have the price. I saw cars coming in with kids. It is pretty good thinking they will not be back. I know you will not be open to long on the way you handle your guest. It was a very bad experance. We will not be back. Please make sure you post this onn the web. Guest need to know you are a very poor managed hotel. This was the reason we picked your hotel. Thank You

The Garden Inn Hotel in Elkhart provided a nice area for dog owners, friendly staff, an indoor pool and hot tub spa, a variety of nearby restaurants and stores, plenty of parking.

front desk service was friendly and helpful

asked for non smoking room, first room assigned had an ash tray... hmmm staff courteous and changed room. The second had a noisy exhaust fan. The tub looked dirty/ moldy. Some kind of covering coming loose off the bottom.
