Wonderful, marvellous location in the super nice area. 15 minutes walk to a bus stop. Relaxing bar on-site, well-appointed and extremely pleasant room with shower, comfy sofas plus superb views.

Everything was good, the English breakfast was totally worth it. The rooms were immaculate and fabulous with romantic views over the lake.

Well presented and brand-new rooms come with the coffee, a brilliant view plus the bedroom. The location is perfect and they have parking on site.

Perfect, magnificent location in Bowness-on-Windermere, adjacent to the centre of Windermere as well as everything-unfair on staff member and guests-checking in. Plus, very close to St Martin's Church. Air conditioned room with unbelievable views of the lake.

The room was spotless and included a separate lounge, great coffee, and a kettle, loved it.

Good for one night. A nice size and air-conditioned room, everything was very good. Very professional, well managed staff throughout our service, day and night. A separate lounge, comfy chairs, and a kettle in the room, perfect and magnificent location. The breakfast was enjoyable, superb for views from the front.

Exceptionally comfortable beds and a comfortable chair, a new carpet, and a kettle. Marvellous English breakfast with great view and also gluten free options, reasonably priced. Very central location in lake district.

Just returned from a memorable stay at a hotel with breathtaking lake views. The room with a lake view was perfect for my special birthday surprise. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of choices including vegetarian options like veggie sausages. I also loved trying the local Windermere Brewery bottled ales as I watched the sun go down from the hotel's outdoor seating area overlooking Bowness. The hotel's location was ideal, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of Lake Windermere from our room and as we explored the grounds. We even received a pleasant upgrade to a room with a garden area. it was an impressive and enjoyable experience that I highly recommend.

The location was beautiful and incredible for walking around Lake Windermere. The hotel was located 300 metres from the bus stop. The rooms were brand-new with extremely comfy beds and delicious breakfasts.

They serve wonderful breakfasts for all tastes with croissants and amazing views, for instance.

Breakfast was nice hot, exquisite views, incredible location very close to Bistro excellent, a cruise ship, and the centre of Windermere the plethora of shops and restaurants. Beautifully presented and brand-new room with a lounge, a new carpet and a kettle.

Marvellous location in a restaurant locally-easy in an outside terraced area. Airy, compact room with a separate bathroom and a walk-in shower and towel rail. The pool area is nice too.

Neat and compact rooms with comfy chairs, a new carpet and a kettle, exceptionally comfortable beds. Amazingly nice and consistently courteous staff team with good service at the bar and reasonable drinks prices which is always a bonus.

It was in a stunning and fantastic location just next door to a cruise ship.
