Everything was excellent with decent sized rooms. The location was favourable: a shopping mall and all the major stores were within walking distance. Also, the area was industrial.

The location was marvellous, within a close distance from a long-running regional art gallery.

Marvellous location for our visit to The Carousel within a close distance from the hotel. 15 minutes walking from the but station.

Particularly good location near train station was a plus. Easily reached Yeah Boy, located at a short distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. Truly enjoyed our rooms with excellent sized bathrooms.

This lovely welcoming and nice hotel is set in an industrial area. The building is nice, the room is decent size. The location is good, 1 mile from Waterfront Geelong. The great restaurant which had a lovely meal is a nice plus. The service is amazing with free parking available and nice meals. Besides, it has free wi-fi. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It has comfortable and handy location very close to Waterfront Geelong. Staff is very very helpful and you can park your car on site.

The bathroom was clean and spacious, allowing for a refreshing shower experience. Additionally, the hotel is located in a prime area, with little to no views, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

Despite the issues, I enjoyed the free chocolates and the complementary wine in the room. The location was perfect for exploring the area and the nearby restaurants were great. the room was spacious and inviting.

The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They tried to overcharge us and were aggressive when we questioned it.

During our recent stay, we were delighted by the excellent customer service and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly helpful, offering us maps and advice on local attractions. Our spacious room was tidy and well presented, with clean sheets and towels replaced daily. The bathroom was lovely and the free wi-fi was a bonus.

Sadly, the noise from the nearby train rails did detract from our stay.

We had a room with a great view and a balcony where we could smoke. The staff at Belmercer Motel were lovely and the room was super clean and comfortable. The spa was a great size and had reasonable prices. We would definitely stay again. There is also a 24-hour burger joint just down the road that served great food. The cafe attached to the hotel also had really nice food and coffee.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was superb as it was near some nice restaurants and shops. The hotel was immaculately clean, which I really appreciated. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and accommodating with all my requests. Finally, the hotel facilities were complete and well-maintained -- everything was in working order.

Great service by friendly staff who made our stay very comfortable. The room was clean and cozy, and the spa was an added bonus that we definitely enjoyed. The hotel’s location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance to the city center and the beach, and there was even a delicious café and a burger joint nearby that we loved.

The noise level was a bit too high for our liking, as we could hear some cars and railway surroundings. , the smoking areas were not properly designated, which meant cigarette smoke often drifted into our room.
