The location of this hotel was perfect for my work trip as it provided easy access to The Russell wharf where I could board sightseeing boats and the ferry to Paihia. The staff were helpful and the facilities were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The only thing that I missed during my stay was a dedicated business center or work space where I could handle my work-related tasks more efficiently.

The complimentary diving, fishing, and snorkeling equipment made it convenient for us to enjoy these activities without any extra hassle. The area offers a wide variety of outdoor experiences, such as swimming with vibrant marine life, exploring underwater caves, and cycling along scenic coastal paths. It was an unforgettable experience for all of us.

For dads, it would be great to have a playground on-site for the children.

The hotel’s location is superb, within easy walking distance to all the exciting activities in the center of town, filled with exquisite restaurants; the best of the Bay of Islands is within your reach. Our holiday stay was during the Xmas time and the hosts did not make an effort to provide any festive decorations or an Xmas meal. the room lacked any festive touches or small gifts to add to the holiday cheer.
