The location was unbeatable yet it was close to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. There was San Giuliano Caffe nearby, offering quick meals.

The location was amazing and incredible, near to funicular train station, the restaurant, overlooking Lake Come at night and cable car. The room was well-designed and exquisite with incredibly beautiful views to the lake and mountains.

this hotel was fabulous base for exploring brunate, liked it and property’s hard-working and professional staff upon request for example. the location was best possible, specially it was next to a funicular station which was useful.

This hotel is a hidden gem up above Lake Como in a small village. The location is fantastic, with breathtaking views that will leave you in awe. The staff here are excellent and friendly, always ready to assist you with a smile. The rooms, although not large, are clean and provide enough space for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is simply perfect, with a variety of choices and delicious homemade pastries. The hotel also offers a relaxed atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy the view and savor your coffee without feeling rushed.

If you're looking for a hidden gem in a small village at the top of the hill, this hotel is a great choice. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel right at home. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained, with neat bathrooms and a small balcony that offers an amazing view of Lake Como. And let's not forget the breakfast, which is served with a fantastic view of the lake. You won't find a better value for money in this picturesque location.

The hotel was fairly clean, romantic, had professional staff upon request for example. The restaurant was romantic for dinner here, I had delicious dishes. I loved sleeping on a comfortable bed. The location close to a funicular station was best possible. Plus it was in a mountain area.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-equipped and have astonishing views over partly the Como lake and the mountains. The hotel is in the best possible location close to a funicular station. Its in the mountain area which is another bonus...

Driving up to the hotel from the city was quite the adventure, but the stunning views of the lake and city from the hotel's terrace and restaurant made it all worth it. The traditional Italian decor added to the overall charm of the hotel. Breakfast was satisfying and the welcoming service was helpful with our luggage.

The hotel was located in a small suburb with only a few dining options, which meant having to travel to the larger city for more variety. the drive to the hotel was challenging and not ideal for those without experience driving on narrow roads.
