  The hotel reception poor in service, polite and helpfull staff, design of the room after upgrade was very nice. The breakfast was very good.

  A beautiful old hotel in lovely location, the desk staff were extremely courteous, helpful and well informed, the rooms were new and modern. The breakfast was good.

  The only nice thing at the hotel was the swimming pool next to the beach, staff were courteous and helpful, bathroom was clean as well as the bed linen. The lunch was good.

  Near duty free shopping places & many hawkers stall nearby and the room is not that big or clean as well. Restaurants are good.

  The location is ver ver bad and staff at the reception is quite inefficient.

  The hotel staff we very welcoming and friendly, room very clean. Nice breakfast & calm and good choice. Tasty and cheap Indian, beautiful swimming pool.

  Not worth your money, old style bathrooms and only one lady handling the front desk. Fridge looks like has not been cleaned for 10 years.

  Com using the hotels free wifi, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and neat. The breakfast gave good option for vegetarian food.

  Clean and nice room and a very good breakfast buffet, fast foods. Friendly lifeguard at the pool.

  Worst hotel in the world, not worth the money I paid and interior of apartment was not much better. The staff were rude to us.

  Good service at the restaurant and nice pool.

  Breakfast location not properly arranged and very old hotel. Unprofessional staff, bathroom was poor and under the sofa was dirty we shifted.

  Good food, kiddy pool available.

  S comfortable to stay in the room, poor service and the apartment has not been made.

  Excellent breakfast, nice pool.

  Hotel is very old and repair works proceeded in the upstairs, the room is also quite bare without deco.

  Good location and nice hotel. Excellent for the money paid and helpful friendly staff and facilities. The junior suites were large, breakfast was fantastic and beer was very cheap at MYR10 for 6 cans of Carlsberg. Your pool was clean too.
