I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with separate shower and quasi-Italian music, as for instance was not a problem.

The hotel was wonderful relaxing and exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were extremely polite, appreciated the favourable location near the restaurant Bella Tavola, and safe area near an army regiment and a shopping centre with lots of food options and a restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and wonderful and all the food was outstanding. Everything was simply perfect...

We stayed at Bella Italia for 4 nights while visiting incredible Iguacu Falls, the largest falls in the world. We chose the hotel based on a review that we had read that described how caring and helpful the staff were. It was true! Everyone at the main desk spoke English and were especially kind to answer our many questions and to give personal service, even arranging transportation to the Bufalo Branco Charrascaria which they recommended to us (outstanding!) They helped us to use the public bus system to visit the Brasil side of the falls, and a tourist desk in the lobby provided us with an excellent tour to the Argentina side of the falls. We stayed in a lovely suite and the entire hotel's decor is very tasteful. Speaking of "taste" the Italian buffet on Wed. & Sat. nights is amazing and well priced for such a meal. There is a buffet of salads, entrees, and desserts and then strolling servers offer a myriad of various other Italian entrees at your table. Come hungry! The breakfast buffet is fabulous and like nothing I've ever seen in the USA, with at least 40 ft. of available hot and cold items to choose from. We highly recommend Bella Italia for your visit to breathtaking Iguacu Falls!

The hotel is conveniently located in a central area, with easy access to the nearby shopping mall and restaurants. The breakfast was good, with a large selection of hot and cold dishes, cheeses and cold cuts, and fruits. There is also a large restaurant on site, serving tasty Italian food.
The room was smaller than expected, and the air conditioning made it a bit too cold at night.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Wonderful staff, Amazing breakfast and a clean, comfortable room. We had free transportation to and from the airport, which was convenient. It's located near a shopping center and about 20 minutes from Iguacu National Park. ($40 cab ride to airport or the park). Overall, the experience with this hotel was delightful! The people are so helpful and accommodating. I recommend staying there!

I had a great stay in this hotel. The best aspects were the hotel facilities, location to the nearby shopping mall with all the restaurants in it, and the staff. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were comfortable. Additionally, the hotel had a nice transport system, which made it easy for me to move around this city.
Everything was spot on.

Small somewhat sterile, dated rooms, definitely not luxurious. Outdoor pool is small plastic molded backyard version

Italian Night: The thematic dinner at the hotel was like a gastronomic adventure through Italy. From the indulgent pastries to the mouthwatering variety of cheeses, it felt like stepping into a culinary wonderland. I couldn't resist going back for seconds.
No Cappuccino for breakfast.

Short walk to nice shops, but expensive.
Varied answers to the same question, very confusing, only couple of staff spoke English.
