After having stayed in this hotel for 5 nights on a £94($170) including breakfast buffet I can say it is good value for money.
Jury’s Inn was the same price but dinner was not included so this hotel was better value.
I also hate hotels that push the prices up when there's a conference on (which you're not attending) The room price was £160 for one wednesday night.
Overall it was a very pleasant stay at a bargain price (some freinds were staying at the 'cheaper' Days hotel which was only £10 a night cheaper and we had a free eveing meal included (and the Days hotel is nowhere near as nice)).
Not only is the Hilton in an ideal location, being in the waterfront area therefore close to the City Centre, the staff for me really made my stay pleasant.
The location close to city centre clean rooms and wonderful people you have working at the belfast hilton.
The location was fine and we were walking distance to everwhere we wanted to go, but one complaint was the hotel website's directions- they were terrible!
We went to the Odessy Centre by taxi and this cost £3.
There is an underground car-park and we left out car here and walked everywhere.
Got to my room which was very comfortable and homely, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was decorated in marble also which was lovely.
The rooms are a good size, flat screen TV, bed is comfortable and bathroom clean.
I booked this particular reservation at least 4 months ago and requested a rollaway bed whilst I stayed in a King studio room.
We had booked executive rooms and it cost us £99 per room per night for bed and breakfast.
The phone did not work in our room, the drains in all rooms (between us we had 4 rooms) all smelt, you could write your name in the dust on the surfaces in the bedroom, the lighting is atrocious and the air conditioning rarely worked.
The food in the bar and restaurant were both good and there was a good choice of dishes - there is also a good breakfast buffet (the orange juice is awful though!
The service was excellent and the main restaurant was very good - breakfast was excellent (hilton breakfasts usually are).
I ate in both the bar and the restaurant and the food in both left alot to be desired.

Belfast is packed with great restaurants and bars, if your looking for some really good food check out the Shu Bar on the Lisburn Road, not cheap but good all the same.
On the plus side, the reception and room service staff were very pleasant and helpful, but in general our Hilton experience was a real letdown.
The service from all staff was outstanding.
Additionally the service very acceptable and on arrival the concierge was very friendly and helpful.
The jacuzzi was still broken (been for months from what I could gather) the pool was very small as was the sauna and the steam room did not smell all that fresh.
Car parking costs £14/24hrs which is OTT but at least the car doesn't need breakfast.
Car parking is expensive but very handy as there is access from the car park directly into reception and your car is safe.
Wireless would not work for me so I had to pay an additional?
The room was spotless clean and a good size.
