The value for money at this hotel was great, with a spacious, clean, and comfortable room. The location was convenient for transportation, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast could be improved with some variation in the choices offered.

The place was SIMPLE and had really helpful staff with good service, liked the stay. Location: the hotel was just next door to the mountains with big windows, Zürich, and tram stops. We went to Restaurant zum Doktorhaus, located a super close walk to the property, to have some dinner. The breakfast was great and incredibly nice, the check in was easy.

The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

Located close to business offices and public transport, this hotel offers easy access to the airport and a nearby shopping complex. Rooms are simple but comfortable, with amenities such as shutters to block out noise and light.

Some aspects fell short of expectations, such as thin walls which allow noise from the corridor and stairs to be heard from the rooms.

The location was magnificent and unbeatable: a supermarket and a large shopping mall were within walking distance. Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Wallisellen.

I recently stayed at Belair and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and polite. The hotel's location is ideal, as it is very close to the train station. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The bed was large and comfortable. The cleaning service was exceptional, and the staff even went above and beyond by lowering the window blinds when they knew I would be returning in the morning. The breakfast selection was great, and they even had decent coffee available. Transportation to and from Zurich Airport was convenient, with the train station just a 2-minute walk away and a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Attached to the hotel is a restaurant. Whilst the food was excellent, the waitress who served us was miserable, and had the cheek to ask me for a tip when I came to pay the bill!!

Friendly staff, clean room, convenient location for city and car access. Nice breakfast options. No time for dinner.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect. It was really close to the tram station which goes directly to the airport. Additionally, the hotel had excellent on-site Italian restaurant. We could enjoy tasty food without leaving the building. Moreover, the staff was really nice and helpful. They gave us tips on the best way to get around this city. Lastly, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the parking and the breakfast service.

For us it was ideal.
