  The room was lovely and the views spectacular, my 80 minute massage was the best I've ever had. The entire place was very clean and had an overall grand feeling, the resort’s staff members were extremely friendly, the manager was wonderful and agreed that we were misled. The bedford baths were fantastic, food was delicious and the wine I tried by the glass was very good too.

  The spa itself is very nice and the common area is relaxing, the mountains are beautiful and the hiking trials are fun and challenging, the history of the hotel is very interesting. The price is definitely worth, well appointed lobby and game room, the only cons are as follows, the valet service needs to be improved. Bedford baths are amazing, robes are comfy and wine we ordered couldn't have been any better. Oh, and the pool is great.

  The facility and location is gorgeous, the place is beautiful, the service is incredibly professional and polite. Rooms make me happy, all 3 restaurants are very good and the spa lounge is beautiful, private, spacious.

  The rooms, buildings, and grounds were beautiful, the hotel was well maintained and the service fantastic, the spa staff were all knowledgeable and professional. The beds were comfortable and big, the food was great, the manager took good care of us , the waitress. The chefs were fabulous, the indoor pool was amazing.

  The building is beautiful and the spa is exquisite, great place to get away from all. Staff is extremely hospitable and each room has very nice robes and walking sticks. The service is quick, the food is excellent and the prices are reasonable, fantastic Choice for Rest Relaxation. The new pool is fabulous.

  The lobby areas are beautiful and upscale welcoming, the hotel itself is huge, the service is amazing by each and every employee. Crystal room is beautifully decorated and a wonderful breakfast buffet, the spa is one of the best I've ever been to.

  Nice hotel and great individual service. I liked the communal balcony, a good bar and our meals were delicious and the portions were very generous. The waiter we had was on cue as well, the spa was spacious.

  The place is beautiful that's for sure, the staff are lovely and working very hard to be helpful, the rooms are elegantly decorated and the beds are comfortable. The spa is large.

  The most comfortable hotel bed i've slept in, the service staff were very knowledgable and polite, the baths at the spa were very enjoyable. The dinner buffet was better and pennsylvania Dutch chili was also very good. The pools were really nice.

  The hotel and staff were lovely and gracious, everyone from the doorman to the concierge to reception was friendly and helpful, our bathroom was huge and one of the nicest I have seen. Each meal was fantastic, the spa was gorgeous.

  As normal great service, hot tub and the food was reasonably priced and very good. Outdoor pool was nice.

  This old hotel has been very nicely refurbished and appointed, the Tavern menu was very limited.

  The staff were more than accommodating and polite, the room did not have the large. The waiter was attentive and the food was excellent, the outdoor pool looked spectacular was raining.
