  The location was perfect, the hotel itself was very well appointed capturing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was roomy and clean, our rate included a very nice breakfast too, the menu was definitely more interesting and the seafood was delicious.

  The forest green carpets smelled and look worn and dirty, the elevator felt cramped and cheap and dingy.

  We loved the location and our room at the back faced the harbour and a quiet street. A nice hotel in need of a few updates and staff is very helpful and efficient. Air conditioning for the hot nights.

  The location is perfect and such a wonderful and fun place, I will book here again. Very nice coffee shop to one side of the lobby and the room has high ceiling and nicely remodeled.

  Nice hotel in Victoria, very comfortable beds.

  No good restaurants nearby, the desk staff except for one young woman worked evenings was most unhelpful.
