The room was amazingly clean and vintage with an exceptionally comfortable bed and with fireplace. Coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator were a nice touch. In general the service was exceptional.

Yummy food!
Exceptionally comfortable beds, beautiful windows and a fireplace in the room. Lovely views of the harbor where the seaplanes come in and out and an European design. Very central location in downtown.

Think that this nicely designed and reasonably priced hotel is beyond compare, loved it. We think it's an amazing base for staying in Victoria. The staff is competent, very very helpful. Offers exceptional service and fab food.
Views are not very good and the bathrooms are a bit cramped.

The hotel was actually reasonably priced and conveniently located not far from fine restaurants & pubs with great music & shopping and the center of Viktoria Downtown. Also, we could easily reach a family-friendly mini-zoo.

The room was vintage and spacious with a fireplace. The food was decent for breakfast. The personnel was very nice, doing their best to assist. The property was conveniently situated a 10-15 minute walking distance from a mini zoo.
