Getting there

Bedford Hotel is well connected to the NYC major airports. To get to the Newark International Airport take NJ Transit from New York Penn Station to Newark Liberty Airport Station. Travel time is about 20 minutes. NJ Transit trains run from 5am to 2am. From there, you can catch the AirTrain running every 3 minutes between 5am and midnight and every 15 minutes between midnight and 5am. Otherwise, you can take #62 bus: Take NJ Transit from New York Penn Station to Newark Penn Station. Travel time is around 15 minutes. Then catch #62 bus on Penn Station Bus Lanes to the Newark Airport Terminals. Buses run every 20 minutes and it takes 25 minutes to get to the airport.

To get to the JFK Airport catch the A train to Far Rockaway to the Howard Beach/JFK Airport stop. It takes 70 minutes from the lower Manhattan. Then, take the AirTrain to the airport.

To get to La Guardia Airport catch the A, B, C, D, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 trains to 125th Street in Harlem, or the 1 to 110th or 116th Streets and Broadway. After, take the M60 bus to the airport. Travel time is 40-90 minutes. Otherwise, take the 7 train to the 82nd St. Jackson Heights stop and transfer to the Q33 bus to the airport. The Q33 stops at the Central, U.S. Airways, and Delta Terminals only.
