I loved everything there. The host was really hospitable, he arrived for us at about midnight to the petrol station because we could not find the place late at night. The room looked excellent, design of furniture and all decoration details impressed us. We had the green room with "I have a dream" sign on the wall, and it loked the same as in the picture. Bathroom was also spacious and well equipped.Bedroom facilities included huge comfortable bed and fridge with drinks for very reasonable prices including spumante. Thanks to that we had romantic night under the Italian sky :) Breakfast was very delicious and indluded all one might need as Romans used to say Ab ovo usque ad mala (From eggs to fruits). Moreover we could eat outside. The owner has very nice and clever dog called Trick, and we could se a cat too. I wish we stayed longer there.

We can recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone who wants to visit Lombardia. You get a lot for a small price. The hosts are very friendly and try their utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The refrigator makes too much noise.

A warm welcome and a spotless room complete with free wi-fi access and air con. Although a little tricky to find, it is quiet and excellently located to explore the area.

Only negative for me was that the sophisticated coffee machine claimed to make tea but is was almost undrinkable. Next time I will take my own tea bags!

It was great to stay ar Cassaze! We had a great big room, with a filled fridge, andere a nice bathroom. The service and hospitallity were excellent! We left at 6 in the morning andere breakfast was ready, great!!!

Outstanding hospitality of the owners (there is actually no staff, since owners do the work themselves. If you like to talk with italians, this is the place. Nice location, very quiet, lots of beautiful nature places near by. Very new facilities, and great buffet breakfest which you may have on the terrace near the house. Again, people you will meet there, are very true italian people.

It was very difficult to find, situated in a quiet lost countryside, and not very well indicated . The house is very simple, with a very ugly backside and view from the room window.

The Proprietors (Giulio and Donatella) were incredibly gracious and helpful - even picking us up from the train station personally, and seeing that we received an evening meal after a late arrival! Lovely rural setting, clean and comfortable facilities, splendid hosts. Perfect base for a driving tour of the towns and villages of Mantua and Lombardy!

We had a lovely stay with a nice room, plenty of space, great bathroom. The bed was so comfortable I could have stayed in it all day. A bright, spacious, clean and friendly b&b run by a delightful family. Donatella and Guilio were so sweet and caring. I was not well during my stay and Donatella took me personally to a pharmacy in the next town to help me get the right medication needed. Their English is not brilliant but Guilio has a perfect translation programme on his laptop which sorts out anything which is not understood! We fell in love with their dog Trick too and wanted to take him home with us. A great place to stay for everyone, brilliant breakfast, great coffee all day round. I would recommend it for visitors of any age travelling around Emilia Romagna or visiting Mantua. We will be back!

We were surprized. 100%. At first we thought that we made mistake in ordering hotel in such place but after arriving and staying we were very happy. New, clean, friendly.

The owner are really friendly and they take good care of their guest: they booked for us a delicious place to eat (and also got 10% discount!) The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the whole place is extremely cosy.

Of course, you have to have a car to get there...

The owners were great; they are friendly and very helpful. The hotel and the room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and modern. It had a secure gated parking and it was a short drive from the medieval town center. Breakfast was abundant and excellent. I would definitely recommend this B@B to everyone.

My second time here, again, excellent value for money, I totally reccommend it.

Great atmosphere, great rooms and great owners!

We only stayed for one night as were travelling home from southern Italy. The bed and breakfast is a typical country home and I would be a nice place to stay for a few days while exploring the Mantova-Cremona area. The room was very nicely furnished, internet and tv functioned perfectly and the hosts are attentive and provided a very nice breakfast plus as much free coffee/tea/chocolate drinks etc. we wanted during the stay - very considerate.
