Overall, we would not pay the full price posted on the hotels website, but at a discounted rate (via a Dutch on-line discounter) it is worth while.
Central location enabled me to take an evening stroll to the Masstricht X-mas market and the hotel is located in a nice area.
Located in the nice area of maastricht small town and the location of the hotel offers easy access to both the city center.
Perfect location, close to railwaystation, Maas and citycentre.
Amsterdam or the dreadful Eindhoven airport the most disorganized airport i have been to).
It's situated in teh middle of the city center and very conveniently located near the train and bus station.
The room was very nicely decorated the only woerd thing was that the double bed was actually 2 beds pushed together - but the beds are on wheeels, so snuggling up to my husband made for a commedy fall between the beds!
We were offered to compare rooms and the front desk clerk tried her best to allocate us a room with a double bed (instead of twin).
Very friendly staff, comfy bed and high ceilings.
Bed was comfortable, we loved Maastricht we had great food no matter we went to eat and the waiter was on us as quick as lightening saying you can't eat that here.
The bed was good and the breakfast was excellent.
The breakfast is great (the only thing is that the kitchen is open plan with the breakfast room as the restaurant also is and when you come out of it your clothes smell of the food you just had.
Restaurant food and decor was a highlight with pleasant but slow service and breakfast was good.

First rate breakfast - decent rooms - good location - free internnet access - pleasant staff, the hotel is two blocks from the central station and service are great.
The hotel is modern, the personnel is nice as ever and the front desk clerk tried her best to allocate us a room.
Note: hotel has elevator, annex does not.
Very good secure parking just a short walk away.
I prefer to stay in the main hotel rather than the apatrment block across the street, where there is no elevator.
The bathroom was clean and the upside - The evening meal was superb.
The Staff was absolutely lovely and rooms were kept spotlessly clean.
12 and wanted to check in and the receptionist actually called the cleaning lady asking her to clean his room first so that he could get in!
The room (number 504) was nice, spacious and clean.
Room was clean, restaurant was very good.
