Pool area is clean and eVERYONE on the staff is helpful.
The location is wonderful and beach Break may not be the most luxurious hotel on the beach.
Location is good cause is very close to the beach, the cost is so reasonable and efficiency of the staff is remarkable.

Good lookation to the beach, within walking distance are a cheap and great diner, since all the rooms are oceanfront you really can't go wrong and the views are fantastic. The hotel is also convenient to a 24 mini mart accross the street and the staff is very helpful and nice. The bar next door is very relaxing friendly.

The room was clean, spacious and great view of the ocean, the hotel staff were very nice. The price was excellent and maid service was good, front desk was accomodating. Bed and bath were clean, food was good, the pool was cool.

Hot tub area were keep very clean and the overall stay was nice. The staff were friendly and room was quiet. Great sweet tea and the peanut butter pie was awesome, pool was perfect.

We liked that the hotel was small and the stairs were not a problem, service was excellent, room was on the third floor was perfect. The sheets were clean, the continental breakfast was pitiful at best and the pool was nice.
