Beach Palace - All Inclusive Cancun - 坎昆

The location~ all the Palace resorts are located on this one strip of land, between the lagoon and the sea.

Very good location, close to two malls and several places to eat dinner.

Overall, all the good comments in regarding the services, restaurants (4), cleaniness of the room(s), activities, location, beautifulness of the hotel, etc.

One tip: try to get the hotel to have a taxi waiting for you at the airport.

You can take a taxi FROM the hotel to the airport for $17.

To make matters worse, the room had two beds instead of the king size bed we reserved in advance.

This room was just as bad as the first, except it had a balcony the size of a cracker box, and 2 double beds, thats right, the first room had a king bed, then they now separate two people celebrating their anniversary.

The staff are wonderful and the room has a Jacuzzi in the middle of the room nice king sized bed.

To start off, we reserved an ocean view room with a king size bed in advance.

At Beach Palace, there were no long lines and no waiting at the bar or restaurant, and you received personal service.

The breakfast buffet and fresh fruit smoothie bar was really good.

The water was actually hot by 5:00 p, the bar service was very good and the mexican restaurant was superb.

I thought the food was great, but I wasn't on vacation to eat at world class restaurants, either.

The food at the mexican restaurant was wonderful, and we ate there almost every night.

The front desk/guest services/ management lack the type of customer service/satisfaction that I see and expect on a daily basis.

The service didn't compare to Beach Palace, all the food at all the hotels was really good there is something for all tastes and the staff is great - everywhere.

If you want a small 200 room resort, personal service where the staff know you after 1 day, then I’d highly recommend it.

You will not be disappointed in the service and friendliness of all the staff.

If you go down say hello to Wilbur at the pool and Mateo at the Lobby bar.

The lobby bar is loaded with them at night because that is also where the pool tables, ping pong, air hockey and X box are.

The lobby has a bar, the pool has a bar in Pau Pau Palapa (and a swim up bar on the pool side), and there is bar service at the beach.

Things were clean and fresh everyday upon our returning to the room.

Room was splendid, fantastic view of a light blus crystal clear ocean and sugar white beaches.

Everything about the room was clean, lots of variety Drinks were awesome.

Our room was spotless, the jacuzzi was very nice and big, the mariachi singers at breakfast were fantastic.

The service was great, rooms were absolutely spotless and the dinner buffet was also good.
