The room was impecable we had a great housekeeper, the food~ the international buffet was really good for all meals and tHe pools at the Sun Palace were nice.
Great service great location spectacular beach and i loved Cancun better than Hawaii.
The room was nice and the Mexican restaurant was also good.

The Mexican food at beach palace was, to be expected, great, the view from the ocean side rooms is spectacular and the Asian place is really good as is the Italian. The service is amazing.

Well within walking distance to 3 malls and beautiful ocean view. Perfect place to stay, service is great and the rooms are just as pictured. The waiters are always in a good mood, the best gym is Sun Palace.

The room we had on the 12th floor had a fabulous view of the ocean and food quality and service were excellent. The front desk was great, the music channels offered via the television were nice and the Italian restaurant was pretty good. The pools were wonderful.

We traveled around the island and enjoyed the spectacular views, the kids liked the Cancun palace because was bigger and had a lot going in. Maid service was excellent, rooms were spotless and the food at the pool bars was very good for lunch/snacks. Massages in the spa left us totally relaxed.

The hotel was fabulous, had just been remodeled in '05 and service was fine. The room was very nice and food was delicious. The French fries, , were good, spa; had a free 25 minute massage and a pedicure, no complaints.
