We have not found another hotel in Jamaica that is this nice for the value.

Its located on the more quiet end of the beach and the location-literally steps from the breathtakingly beautiful blue water.

Good location, the beach was perfect and the restaurant setting was lovely.

We Loved – the quiet location, also good quality and the Beach House Villas were wonderful.

But the taxis were cheap and you could catch them just about anywhere, so not a bad way to get around.

When it did come time to go, their driver, JInx, was very professional and offered great conversation back to the airport.

We hade a beautiful room, (the standard, cheapest, Garden View room,) complete with full kitchen area, king bed and nice patio.

Beach House Villas is perfect for us because the apartment is very roomy, with kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The estaurant staff was always very helpful and our bed was very comfortable.

The staff does a great job of keeping the place clean, the rooms are so large and the toilet didn't flush appropriately.

The bed was large and comfortable but slightly to firm.

Staff at the pool bar/grill were great, our suite was very spacious and comfortable, the restaurant food was very good.

The IrieVibes restaurant and bar is a great place to hang out -Delroy, Garrett, Sheldon and the rest of the staff have become like family.

Breakfasts were around $5-6 (we loved the Jamaican breakfast and the callaloo and cheese omelettes), dinners mostly around $10 (loved the curry chicken and escoveitch fish).

We ate breakfast there daily and a couple evening meals but there are also many great places within easy walking distance on the beach and we went out most nights.

Per chi ama nuotare, le acque sono trasparenti e turquine, la cucina all'Irie Beach Bar and Restaurant è buona (il mio piatto favorito è l'aragosta thermador), e il personale è accogliente (grazie Vinnette e il resto dell'equipaggio).

From the minute we arrived until the minute we left, we recieved the highest level of service from every single staff member on property, which is most important in my book.

Staff was great and all employee worked very good together.

The staff was friendly and the maids were fantastic.

Friendly staff, fabulous accomodating manager and the jungle studio was beautiful.

BHV does not have a pool which I somehow foolishly thought was a negative.

With its absolutely beautiful beach there is no way I’d have spent any time by a pool if they had one, so don’t worry about that.

There is no pool but the beach was perfect.

Our apartment was beautiful and immaculately clean and everyone was so nice.

Enjoy a fresh Jamaican style breakfast right on the beach, then it's a few steps back to your room to change for the days activity - which for me is the three b's: Bathing suit, book and a beer.

    Such a great view, perfect sea and welcoming atmosphere at the villas. The property at Beach House Villas is beautiful, the staff is very accomodating and the rooms are very nice. The food is good, jamaicans are friendly in nature.

    Negril Beach was beautiful, the views from the roof decks were fabulous and all the place did a wonderful job giving us our dream wedding. Staff was great and all employee worked very good together. Room was fantastic and the restaurant was delicious.

    Beautiful beach walks, reading the many helpful reviews on this site and friends to this lovely friendly place. Great rates, the staff did whatever they had to make us happy and the room itself was very nice. The food was good and dinner was better then we expected.

    The best beach in Negril and common areas were kept clean. The place was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the towel exchange was great. Drinks were cheap.

Restaurant are good and the manager of the property is always pleasant.
