  Ocean breeze was nice and location was great. This place was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room 202 was fantastic and breakfast was incredible. Each day's menu was different and delicious.

  Luxurious bedding and yes the beach is right there as are lots of restaurants, the common areas of this property are appealing and clean. Best place i have had the pleasure of staying and staff is very friendly and helpful. Hot tub on the roof veranda and not a real huge selection for breakfast just to warn you.

  Great little town, excellent location and awesome place to stay over looking the beach. Home sweet home and the staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are huge and the service is outstanding.

  On the beach is just 10 steps from the sand and pier entrance, rooms are huge, clean, comfortable and the location was unbeatable, great for a romantic stay will return soon. First and foremost the staff is fantastic, breakfasts here are awesome.

  The room was spacious, clean and had a balcony overlooked the beach/pier, the view from our patio was the gorgeous pier and stormy ocean, just awe inspiring, the beds were comfortable and the decor was lovely. The staff were friendly and breakfast was delicious. The afternoon snacks, wine and beer social hour was great.

  The furniture was particularly lovely and perfectly suited for a Beach Bed And Breakfast, our room had a great view of the ocean even there was parking between us and the waves, the decor and atmosphere were relaxed exsquisite. Staff were pleasant and helpful, the food was yummy and the service was friendly, the wine and cheese were excellent.

  The foyer area of the room was covered in large tile as was the bathroom, breakfast was hommade end delicious and the hotel staff emasing, as far as service was EXCELLENT. Bed was super comfy.

  I tried a new location this year and like this one way better, on the Beach is a nice combo of small hotel and BB, the innkeeper and staff could not be more helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, breakfast is gravy and biscuits, fresh fruit and yogurt and was great.

  All rooms had ocean views and the breakfast was incredible, the whole staff were very polite and easy going, the bed was a super comfortable canopy bed.

  Very friendly, helpful and hospitable staff, beautiful spacious room. Great service, great food and fresh fruit.

  The lobby was a little on the cramped side for breakfast and evening activities, the Jacuzzi was a bit weak. The curtains were very worn and threadbare, the wine was not cheap.
