Stayed in a well-equipped room that was need updated the bathroom in particular. Location: the hotel was just off New Zealand, township and the beachfront. Plus, Crab Farm Winery was within easy reach.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the beach. The location was absolutely stunning, with direct views of the ocean and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities, such as the hot shower in our unit, were very convenient. Moreover, the prices were reasonable and offered great value for money. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and satisfying. I would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful beach getaway.

For us it was ideal.

We stayed in a cabin with a lovely ocean view. It was well equipped, clean and had a lovely outdoor area. Staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. I left some jewellery in the cabin when we departed and didn't notice until we were miles away. I was upset as it has sentimental value. When I went to phone the park, the staff had already left me a phone message. They we so obliging and have arranged to sent the jewellery to my home - wonderful service.

The café Snapper Cafe is conveniently located just a short walk from here, and we loved how close we were to the crab farm winery. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, making it a good option for exploring the area.

This hotel is a hidden gem by the beach. The location is perfect, with stunning ocean views right from the rooms. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The basic amenities are sufficient, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The prices are affordable, offering great value for money.

The staff was superbly friendly, helped with every request. Stunning beachfront location close enough to So close to the beach and the outskirts of Napier and New Zealand. It also was to NAPIER centre.

Spent my new year here, and I was impressed by the view, outstanding! The staff was polite and efficient in keeping our cabins clean. Another advantage was having aircon – only a few units had this option, but it was worth it.

The kitchen was a letdown, there was just one kitchen, and it didn't have gas. It took me 40 minutes to boil potatoes on their old hobs.
