The small hotel offers awesome views of the back Bay and salt marshes. Rooms are modest, perfectly clean, and equipped with multiple bathrooms, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge. The free breakfast is very good, with a wide array of cereal, pancakes, and hot waffles.

The hotel's location is central, close to a variety of restaurants, tourist spots, and beaches.

The room was good-sized and well-stocked. Loved our rooms with a balcony. The location was good and fab, on a sandy beach that looks at the marsh it was beautiful, convenient to go everywhere. Had hot drinks in the poolside bar in the evening. Outstanding service was provided too.

The breakfast was very good and free with a variety of options, including yogurt. The hotel's location near the Cape, a local establishment, and an estuary was beautiful. Additionally, we had a lot of fun by the lake, which was just 800 feet away from the venue.

The location in West Yarmouth was cozy, close to great restaurants, beaches, and entertainment. The room was nicely maintained and the bathroom was quite spacious.

It was clean, breakfast was very very good and free. Truly enjoyed the deluxe king room and the way it was setup. Coffee & tea makers and a fridge were available too. The location was marvellous, central to all the attractions!

I've had a pleasant stay especially for a weekend getaway on the winter time. The breakfast was hot with fresh-made waffles. The deluxe queen room I got was included with the heater, mini fridge, air hockey. The location was comfortable and decent, not far from Bayside Resort, and Plymouth and Provincetown. Again, the hotel was just a pleasant stroll away from Baxter Grist Mill Dam.

The hotel is fantastic, clean, and nestled in a nice building with an awesome view of the bay. The deluxe room is modest with a clean bathroom. Having a balcony and a whirlpool in the room is a nice touch. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is marvellous. The location next to Falmouth and the Cape is marvellous and beautiful.

Great location! It's super convenient, close to all the cool stuff 🌟. You can easily walk to all the attractions nearby, and even take a short stroll to check out the beautiful sights of Cape Cod.
