            Good location, great hotel and best home away from home on the Cape. Hence the plus/minus rating for family friendly and very nice staff. The room was very clean, the continental breakfast was just enough to start off the day and the indoor pool was immaculate as was the outdoor pool.

            Nice location on the bay and well situated for exploring all over the cape, the hotel was clean and bright, the Yarmouth House was superb. The service was excellent and the suite was lit by just 2 lamps attached to the bed and 3 small bulbs on the far end of the room. The continental breakfast was good and the outdoor pool was open, also and had a sand volleyball court.

            The rooms are totally tranquil and the views stunnning over the river and the bird life, first off, the hotel is nice and clean. The staff is friendly, the accommodation are spotless, the facilities are great and coffee and tea is available all day long.

            Gym was nice had a good selection of machines and nice area for, staff were very helpful and hotel amenities were great as well as location, maid service was excellent. The rooms/grounds kept clean, free continental breakfast each morning was very convenient.
