Beds were comfortable, TV was great.
The rooms are small and two of us had a hard time getting around in the space. bathroom fan and light work together so you usually woke the other person up because the fan was so loud. Pool and spa did not work during our entire 4 day stay. Also, Thanksgiving day, "no staff" so our room was not cleaned and we did not have clean towels. Breakfast only goes to 9:30 on weekdays, so either you eat breakfast or you sleep in.

They were attentive to a problem we had with the lock on our room & it was fixed by the time we returned from an outing.

The room was clean and the first front desk person was friendly.
The outside of the Hotel could have been better kept. The first impression was a concern but once you go inside, things got better.

The staff was friendly
When we arrived the hotel had not one towel in either our room nor did it have any in the rooms. Seems as if they are booking before the girls get the rooms ready. In fact I heard one of the girls on the cleaning staff say that it makes them look bad because they seem unprepared. My question is how can you not have towels ready at a many room hotel like that.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room didnt have a hair dryer in it, and I called the front desk and asked them if they had one. The front desk brought it up to me. Very clean and worth the money to stay here. I would recomend this to anyone. I would stay here again.

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable..The staff was friendly and always greeted you with a smile no matter how many times in one day they saw you.
The hallways reaked of smoke and needs some updates.

Liked the quick check-in and the room was good.
Breakfast was not so good. Key from our parking spot for door did not work. Had to walk around to the front in the snow covered walkways. Access to Hotel was not really convenient.

The Baymont Inn was comfortable, clean and just what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with a variety of choices. We enjoyed our two day stay there.
