This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely breathtaking. Surrounded by lush vegetation, it felt like stepping into a tropical paradise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The chef did an outstanding job in preparing a variety of tasty dishes. everything about this hotel was great, from the attention to detail in the rooms to the outstanding service and delicious breakfast.

Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, TV set and ironing facilities. Location so close to the wait to receive dinner and the rainforest. Also, close to Frenchman's Cove.

During our stay at Bay View Eco Resort & Spa, we were pleasantly surprised by the natural vibe of the place. The location truly felt like a getaway from the world. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel like family. We enjoyed the delicious food, especially the BBQ fried chicken and continental breakfast. The rooms were cozy, although the lighting could have been better. I had a relaxing and enjoyable experience at this quiet retreat. I would highly recommend staying here for a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation.

The service was excellent throughout our stay. The room was nicely decorated with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower and bath sheets in the bathroom. The location was marvellous - short way from everywhere we wanted to go.

All was perfect.

One of the best aspects was the delicious food served at the on-site restaurant, with mouthwatering dishes that left us craving for more.

There were a few downsides to our experience. we were disappointed to find out that there was no hot water as promised.
