Truly enjoyed my stay here and couldn't recommend more it. The weather was lovely, had wonderful stay on a business trip. The staff were extremely friendly, ready to any request. Exceptionally comfortable beds, room was great-sized. It was nice to have a balcony, coffee, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Though everything was really good, some of the staff were very unfriendly.

The breakfasts were fresh and tasty!
I had a wonderful experience here, everything was very good, the location was magnificent near the seafront in the centre of Eastbourne, and Sovereign Harbour. The room was good sized here with a big bathroom. Loved bright decor, plus a balcony, coffee, and free WiFi were at a high level.

It was clean, everyone was really helpful and superfriendly. Everything was very good, yet a few employees were very unfriendly. The room was brand-new and tastefully decorated, with smoke detectors and lovely views. The location was particularly good and lovely, steps away from Christ Church. The hotel was a super base for enjoying a communal lounge area.

The staff is efficient, the breakfast generous, the location is perfect just next door to Eastbourne over the past 10 years, front opposite Beach, and Bay Lodge Guest House. The rooms are nicely furnished and top-notch, have huge bathroom. They have a honesty bar.

I had read the other reviews and spoke to the owner. I was not disappointed the hotel owner was friendly and the place was spotlessly clean. The room had a great shower and a comfy bed. The breakfast room was welcoming and the breakfast tasty.
