The hotel was quiet, the prices were very reasonable and we found the staff very friendly and helpful.

In no way was this hotel worth the price.

Perfect location not very close to the beach crowed and must of the furniture is updated.

Liked location close to shopping and the staff promised that would be clean asap.

Downtown shopping area was great and i really liked the location of the inn was the main reason I choice the inn in the first place.

Great location and recently renovated rooms.

The location was perfect- walking distance to the beach/wharf and downtown.

Furthermore i ddint get the two double beds - just 1 double bed.

The room my husband and I stayed in had one queen bed and there was plenty of moving room.

If you need multiple rooms, ask for the suite.

Location was good and comfortable boxspring bed made a pleasant stay.

Bed was comfortable and also the complimentary breakfast was great too.

Add a complimentary breakfast and a really fast internet access as a bonus.

Also near restaurants, friendly owners/managers and the facility seems new.

Pillows are long used and the continental breakfast is sweaty cellophane covered pastries.

Near restaurants and next to a bicycle rental.

New bedding, sheets clean and the continental breakfast consists of orange juice.

Additionally the garden setting is nice and the staff is willing to help.

Location was good, the motel was convenient to downtown Santa Cruz and luis was working the front desk we arrived was great.

There was internet service, but it was flaky so don't rely on it.

To the motel staff, thank you for making our stay in Santa Cruz so easy.

The pool is small, is not heated and has no landscaping or buffer from the parking lot.

Didn't even check out the pool or other amenities.

Plus great features: Pool, Wireless, Dsl.

Comfortable and nice room, clean facility.

The room is clean and comfortable, the continental breakfast is nothing more than packaged pastries.

The rooms were clean but the entire place had a somewhat shabby, run down feel, which was disappointing given the price of the rooms (common for Santa Cruz "in season") The continental breakfast was fruit and some packaged pastries.

Staff was friendly, room was comfortable and the pool was clean the kids loved.

We just dropped in driving by and liked the place so much that we indeed stayed another night: Nice, cosy room, clean facility, friendly staff.

    Excellent location and a great beach. Comfortable and good value, for the price we paid, the staff was really nice. Rooms had just been redecorated.

    We couldn't expect the hotel to be luxurious or spotless, overall bad experience at the Bay Front Inn and pillow cases are old and stained. Office didn't open 8:00 AM Continental breakfast not ready.

    Ideal location within walking distance of the boardwalk and perfect for any beach lover. Yourself to a better place in SC, staff friendly and we were offered the option of upgrading to one of the newly renovated rooms.
