Appreciated our stay there, it was very pleasant. The location was nice and quiet, within a close distance from a unique outdoor park. Besides, we were very close to gramado for business and Gramado town centre.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit slow.

the location was peaceful, for example, rua coberta was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. we got reasonably priced and reasonably large room with tub as well as the couple's bed.

Nice grounds and garden; Staff that was keen to help but language was a strong barrier; Very clean which was very nice.

The rooms are dark and poorly lit; The beds are box beds and are quite low; The supper buffet was unimpressive - tough beef in beef stew; Old furniture. The whole place was fair (acceptable) but I would not go out of my way to come back or to recommend it.

The hotel is pretty good, the location also very good. The room was spacious, just in need of some maintenance our windows had a problem, we opened and couldn't close it again. But breakfast was very good and the hotel facilities also excellent.

The staff is exceptionally nice and friendly, makes sure that the place is fairly clean. The location is excellent and beautiful, 1 mile from a unique outdoor park.

The breakfast looked delicious with a wide array of options. The bed was very comfy, the room was large and excellent with tub.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in the best area of town. The staff provided top-notch service, always available to assist with any needs. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's facilities were impressive, including a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a beautiful garden area. The breakfast selections were diverse and delicious. this place exceeded all my expectations.

Almost everything was very good. The food, the room, the grounds, the pools.

The price was a little high. We were not happy about the additional service fee of 10% and refused to pay it.

Had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel. The decor was stunning and really made us feel like we were living in luxury. The indoor and outdoor pool was a great addition and we loved spending time there when we weren't exploring the surrounding areas. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the complimentary bikes that allowed us to take in more of the local scenery.

The location was a bit further from the main attractions than we would have preferred. Walking was not really an option so we had to take taxis or rent a car to get around.

I had an incredible stay at a beautiful, cozy hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel room felt like a home away from home, and the breakfast was simply amazing. The indoor pool was a great bonus. If you're looking to avoid the touristy downtown area, this is the perfect place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the hotel facilities, including the indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, and games like golf and giant chess. The cleanliness was also exceptional, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. We also appreciated the hotel's location in a beautiful and peaceful area, not too far from the city center.

Christmas at this hotel was a dream come true! The complimentary wine and chocolates in our room upon arrival were a lovely touch. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. The hot tub was definitely a highlight of our stay, we spent a lot of time soaking in the bubbles.

The thin walls meant that we could hear all the noise from our neighbors and the hallways. the breakfast options were a bit limited and some of the food was cold.

We stayed at a wonderful hotel, located in a perfect neighborhood for a relaxing stay. The area was beautiful, with a nice garden, an outside swimming pool, mini-golf, and tennis court. The breakfast buffet was great, with fresh and tasty food. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

The hotel was under construction during our 4-night stay, which caused constant noise during the daytime.
