We walked everywhere, the location was particularly good and unbeatable, near shopping store. It was also near Baton Rouge, LA, a really tasty waffle house and other food places and stores and restaurants🙂
The staff - some of them were very disrespectful.

Easy to get on and off expressway
Wallpaper and ceiling coming down, carpet wet, mold in room, window shattered

Rooms on upper floor were for smokers. It does not state then when booking on line. I booked a room on the upper floor and it smelled horrible. Luckily the front desk person was able to get me in a non-smoking room.
