We had an amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location on Long Beach was perfect, with breathtaking views and easy access to the beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a large balcony overlooking the pools and garden. The housekeeping staff was attentive and always kept our room clean and tidy. We were impressed with the variety and quality of the food options available, from the main restaurant serving five meals a day to the beachside Sunset restaurant with its mouthwatering options. The all-inclusive plan made it even better, with free drinks and snacks available throughout the day. The entertainment team was fantastic, keeping us entertained with their fun games and activities. our stay here was wonderful and we highly recommend this place to others.

The only minor downside was that sometimes the staff seemed a bit indifferent and could improve their level of service. However, this did not detract from the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

I recently stayed at Batihan Beach Resort & Spa for my summer vacation. The hotel was perfect for relaxation and had a great location on Long Beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food selection at the buffet was excellent. The Turkish bath and massage were also a highlight of my stay, and I highly recommend them. Additionally, the on-site hairdresser did an amazing job styling our hair for a photo shoot with the on-site photographer. I had a fantastic experience and would stay at Batihan again.

Good animation staff, clean pool and garden area, and clean beach, though it can get crowded.

Great location near the beach with clean sand and clear water. Easy to get to the city center with frequent transportation. The food options were diverse, with lots of fresh vegetables, traditional Turkish dishes, and delicious sweets. The hotel also had nice bars and an animation team that provided entertainment during our stay.

The hotel sometimes gets crowded near the pool and on the beach. the Wi-Fi coverage was not the best, especially for business travelers who need to use multiple devices.

Had a great New Year's at this hotel. The view from my room was stunning, and the beachfront location was perfect for a morning stroll. The food was also amazing with a huge variety of dishes to choose from.

The room could have been a bit cleaner, and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with the number of guests during the busy holiday season. The pool area was also quite crowded and loud, making it difficult to relax.

The hotel is located in a great spot, just steps away from a beautiful private beach with plenty of water activities to enjoy. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day, and we had a comfortable stay with good air conditioning and nice views. Breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, and the animation team kept us entertained with games and shows.

The restaurant was overcrowded and made meal times quite stressful. The staff seemed overwhelmed and struggled to keep up with the demand.

The entertainment team and bar staff were absolutely AMAZING, providing non-stop fun throughout the day and night. The location is perfect, right on the beach with clear waters just a short walk away. The pool area, including the slides, was a hit with our whole family. The Mustapha and Casablanca trip was well worth it, with Mustapha being a delightful guide. The spa, Turkish bath, and massage were heavenly, offering relaxation at a reasonable cost. our stay in late September was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
