For the price I suppose not too bad but DO NOT expect a 4 star hotel.

Perfect location and the proximity to downtown was very good.

Good location and comfortable clean hotel conv enient to centre of town.

The easy walk to the shops and the location of the hotel is very good.

The location is just off Market square which is great and the breakfast was very good.

The location is perfect, because it's a 10 minute walk to the centre of Maastricht.

Bathroom (toilet, bath tub/shower, washbasin) tidy and clean, new showercurtain.

The room had an odour of cigarettes (even though we asked for non-smoking), the furniture was cheap and tatty and the bed linen had cigarette burns in it.

Two single beds in a 'double deluxe' room.

On arrival I had no towels in my room and was given 3 when I went to reception.

I declined, and instead of stepping onto a floor towel when drying off for the remainder of my stay, I simply used the room carpet instead.

Enough nice little restaurants & bars in the city centre to not have to use the hotel breakfast/lunch/dinner service.

They also have a nice, small restaurant and bar area.

Bar and restaurant area modern and stylish.

Nice breakfast and their English is as good as their Dutch.

Great breakfast, staff were ok but not overally helpful.

Available garage parking for a fee was a plus, the staff was nice.

Make sure to ask at the front desk about the parking before you park you car in another lot - as we did.

There is an elevator for luggage and the staff were very polite and helpful.

The worst thing about this hotel is the staff, who seem to be a mainly 16 year olds on work experience and one or two older people who couldn't care less.

The city center is only a short walk away and there is convenient parking available.

I believe the parking was only 9 euros a day.

There is a huge parking site opposite to, nice to have a smoking lounge in the hotel and access to free internet is good as is the availability of international TV channels.

The room was large, bright and very very clean.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly.

    Friendly staff and very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast and their English is as good as their Dutch.

    The room was large, bright and very very clean. The beds, there were three of us, were great with wonderful feather beds, and great pillows. Our room price included breakfast and it was the usual European type. They also have a nice, small restaurant and bar area.

    The location was very good, staff atitude was friendly and professional.

    1 the staf didn't mentioned a 60 m walk from the garage to the hotel you didn't unload 2 the bread on saturday morning was old, ended up having to park across the street in the Phoenix parking was very cheap and fine, the guy kept a long distance. Beds were to hard and checkout was very slow in the morning.

    The scrumbled eggs tasted like plastic 3 the room was 26 degree to warm to sleep in 4 you stay to nights I except an in, there were no double beds available - onsly single.

    Good location and we like the easy access to the hotel coming from the motorway A2. The staff are most helpful.

    The internet connection needs to be boosted up especially on the top floor cause is wasn't working constantly, restaurant food in the evening is not of a great standard.
