Barton Creek Resort And Spa is gorgeous all around and is great if you love golf. It has four beautiful golf courses, but non-golfers also love it here. The rooms are open and bright and were recently redone. The spa is great, as is the restaurant. The prices are a bit much, according to some, and there are convention-goers all over.

Located only a 15-minutes’ drive from downtown Austin, the four-star Barton Creek Resort And Spa is situated not far from fine shopping and local wineries and lakes.

The hotel combines modern design, breathtaking landscape and welcoming staff.

All 312 air-conditioned rooms feature 42" inch plasma TVs, refreshment centers, safes, Nintendo games, in-room coffee makers, study desks and hair dryers.

There is the Hill Country Dining Room, 8212 Wine Bar & Grill and Barton's Lounge at the hotel.

A high quality resort in a great setting and the staff is friendly.

The surroundings are lovely and from the minute you drive up and are greeted you know you are in for the best. Great place to pretend to be rich, service from the staff is very friendly and kind, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The food is excellent and i am a foodie and the menu is reasonably tasty. The spa wasn't even that nice.
