The service is excellent. the location is unbeatable, next to restaurants, the beach, and shops. Deauville Casino and plenty of shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Visit Brok Cafe nearby for tea and goodies.

The room I booked was tastefully decorated and well-appointed. the bed was much bigger, and there was a separate area for the kids to play video games. - the room had air conditioning, which was great for keeping cool.

Amazing customer service! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and even upgraded our room when there was a mistake with our reservation. The French decor throughout the hotel was charming and added to the overall atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to a nearby casino through an underground tunnel. The hotel also had a pool and spa, although we didn't have time to check them out. The room was spacious and we loved the elevators.

The room we initially booked had some cleanliness issues and was smaller than expected for the price. The view was also disappointing, with just a small corner window.
