It is very disappointing that Booked.net would allow a hotel of this standard on their system. When we arrived they had no record of our booking and claimed there was only one room available at double the price we had been given when we made our booking. The staff were totally incompetent at dealing with this and seemed to find it funny. Eventually after persisting they found us a room. It was extremely grubby and small and the bathroom was horrific. This would have been fine if hadnt been paying a standard hotel rate. The room was on the 5th floor which was totally disjointed from the hotel. Breakfast was appalling-calling it a breakfast was a complete misnomer. We were handed a plastic bag with a bruised apple, a small yoghurt, a slice of stale bread & a piece of salami. This was handed to us through the reception window and I don't know where we were expected to eat as there wasn't even an area to sit it. This hotel was an absolute disgrace and I would strongly discourage anyone from booking it. It is quite incredulous that this place exists in this day and age and that they have the temerity to charge what they do. Avoid Barguzin!
