Hotel Barchetta Excelsior Como - 科莫

The location is perfect and the hotel is well located in Lake Como on the main square facing the lake.

I loved the location, close to the old town and hotel is very convenient to reach ferry dock.

The location is next to the lake, so it's close by the water buses, food and shopping.

Having flown into Malpensa we were delighted to find that the local bus company ran a reasonably regular minibus service to Como from the airport.

There is also an important bus stop between the piazza and the hotel.

However the room was well presented with a queen size bed and the view across the lake in the morning was certainly inspiring.

The bathroom is quite spacious and they also have hairdryers that are much better than the standard hotel room dryers.

The location of the hotel, our room facing the harbor, and the bathroom were all excellent.

The staff was very helpful, bed was very comfortable and breakfasts were great too plenty to choose from.

The room was clean and spacious as was the bathroom.

We cannot comment on the restaurant or breakfast as we chose other options during our stay.

Loved the inhouse bar and nice breakfast.

They were closing so we took our treats to eat back at the hotel bar hoping to get some coffee.

There were few other patrons in the dining room and bar so it couldn't have been that they were busy.

The hotel lobby and bar are beautifully done with many live plants, lots of glass, and excellent service.

Very nice lake view, the location of the Hotel was great and the reception staff were more then helpful.

Hotel has guest parking at a cost,the staff are very friendly especially the bar staff and reception.

Note: you can pay 18Euros for the parking garage, which is a few blocks away.

The furniture is covered with scratches and dents and the lobby is very uninviting.

The elevator is also dirty and quite small.

2 nights and i was alittle dissapointed with this hotel, the rooms were small, and very dated, but they were clean,.

In addition the room was clean and excellent included breakfast buffet.

Our room was spotless and had a great view of the lake.

Friendly atmosphere, good service and room was comfortable and clean.
