Good views - saw dolphins and entertainment in the hotel was excellent something for everyone.
Stunning views from our balconies were large and the facilities were of a high quality in the hotel.
Myself liked the location close to the Gigantes, the hotel itself is a modern complex and all the staff are very friendly.
The location is fantastic and as 's quite a big family hotel sometimes can get too much.
Also our room was very good, other than that pool terrace was fine and clean and our towels were changed everyday.
Staff were very helpful, our room was amazing had just been renovated and the meals were very good.
Often miserable most of the staff remain cheerful, the rooms are very comfortable and drink items are usually free to access this differs.
Rooms really good, great food and a nice selection of wines.
The rooms were comfortable, pools were super the jacuzzi and food choice was exceptional.
Additionally his bar staff are great and food is really excellent in terms of variety.
Restaurants are spotless, pool is excellent.
The new Tapas Bar is interesting in as much as smoking is allowed in this indoor area and french at the hotel didn't really bother us.
Lovely furniture and helpful especially Billy in the bar.

The room had the same excellent identical view of the sea, hotel kept spotlessly clean in all areas and including reception staff were very pleasant.
Great views of Los Gigantes, the hotel was also in a good location and staff all were very friendly including the manager.

Additionally the air conditioning was warm, food was excellent and the large pool was very cold.

The rooms were spotless, even dining towards the end of the evening fresh food was being bought out and the pool was brilliant especially the heated smaller pool.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, in the snack bar round the pool for example a pizza is 7 euros.

Also staff were very helpful, the room I had was clean and in particular hot food that was barely luke warm.
