Barcelo Prague - 布拉格

So location wise this hotel couldn't be more perfect.

Excellent hotel, with superb location ( 10 minutes by subway to the old city).

The location is quite good as others have said.

The hotel is far from the metro station and some times we had to pick a taxi, because we didn't had the pacient to walk to the metro station.

Contrary to some other reports we found the Metro to be only a 10 minute walk to the nearest station (Budejovicka).

The rooms had bad decoration and bad bed, especially small double bed.

Nice staff, comfortable bed and great breakfast.

After 12 days of living out of our suitcases, we decided to upgrade our room to a suite.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, the rooms are spacious and well-furnished (with own safe and reasonably priced minibar), and the staff are generally friendly and helpful.

The maid didn't change the towels in the bathroom.

Besides a bar/restaurant there are no other facilities at this hotel.

I didnt eat at the hotel was it was fairly pricy but at restaurants nearby.

There is an excellent restaurant about 50 meters from the hotel which serves very nice local dishes (and drinks) at local prices – we highly recommend it!

We waited 1/2 an hour one night for our Chicken baguette to come out (and we were one of 3 couples in the bar) and on our last night I had ordered some nachos to nibble on which were forgotten about twice!

Only complaints are the pillows lack any filling and breakfasts aren't as hot as they should be.

The hotel is great, large rooms, great service at front desk (quick check-in, check-out, exchange rate not so good- better down town - be careful at exchange fee!

The bar staff are much friendlier, but this is only in realation to other staff in the hotel, but in the 3 nights I was there I found the service to be VERY slow.

On our first visit the waitresses were vey attentive serving coffee & tea at the table but this now has become self service from jugs.

Staff were brilliant though and very friendly.

Easy underground connection to city centre, good value for money and the staff was kind and professional.

Its a terrible service for the many english speaking guests - a problem I have also seen in Germany, Polen ect.

The staff is neither friendly nor unfriendly.

Rooms are always very clean but on the small side.

Rooms are spotless, they have internet access in the lobby which was perfect for sending emails home, great food, good wine, it was less than a five minute walk to the metro (When we walked the right way!
