The beach was beautiful to behold and a pleasure to swim in, the staff were always friendly and smiling. The bath tubs were huge, the a la carte restaurants were very good and had excellent service.

Great beach, great food, great rooms service, a good value and luxury at an affordable price. Spotless and wonderful staff esp, clean clear water, the buffet was delicious we ate at all week.

The sea is warm and the pool was cold just the way i like, the beach is 2.5 km long, beautiful and sandy and has some very quiet areas. The place is wonderful, hair dryer and bathrobes are nice touches.

The beach was incredible and the water was clean, turquoise and warm, the staff were courteous and professional. Showers were great and the drinks were pretty good.

The beach restaurant was awesome 4 lunch as was right there and the staff were VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms had complimentary/inclusive minibars was great, the service and food in each were excellent.

The beach did extend far inland was beautiful and all of the staff were extremely friendly. Our room was very clean and well maintained by the maid, Mexican restaurant was great too.

The beach and snorkeling were fantastic, the room was clean, in good working condition and well stocked. The bar staff at the show were great victor and the Spanish restaurant was excellent.

It’s a good place for couples and we tipped our waiters and always received GREAT service. Its hot in the buffets, lots of fresh fruit and juice everyday, facilities are immaculate The help is very nice and friendly.

Buses are good too and the beach is nice, very nice. This hotel is really fabulous and the lobby is beautiful. The staff is , by and large, pleasant and helpful, the rooms are beautiful, cold, quiet too, the food choices are many and varied.

Most of the mini bars do not chill anything and Mexicans are not afraid to beg for tips.

We especially liked the fried fruit station for dessert, the stores at the resort were resonably well priced and the beach was spectacular and the water was warm. The stay was very enjoyable, steak house was disappointing and the Lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful. Our junior suite was great, the daily buffet was varied and quite tasty, the Mexican was the best by far in our opinion. Our maid was wonderful and the hammoks around the pools were nice too.

Mini fridge did not cool anything, one of the lamps had a broken socket.
