Everything was first-class, the parking was close to the hotel, the room was exceptionally clean. Always courteous team on member of staff. I ate at a nice restaurant with the choices of food. Had a lounge area, a TV, and a coffeemaker. The location just minutes away from the beach was fab. There was variety of places nearby that offered food: bars and restaurants.
The views were not so nice.

The place was luxurious and had top-class staff especially the porter giving handy hints about which area round the pool gets the most sun during the day, really enjoyed the stay. Its location in Costa Teguise was amazing, near to the island of lanzarote, Spanish restaurants / bars instead of the standard English like bars amazing service from all and shops, market, bars and restaurants. We dined out at La Tabla, set just close to the hotel.

Every detail, the service was exceptional and the staff were ready to help. The double room was spotless with kettles available. The breakfast was reasonably good and tasty for everyone's diet and had plenty of food. The staff were very polite and the design was very modern.
