The wonderfully peaceful location and so well situated from the main road.

It still is the most beautiful property in a stunning location with fab rooms, restaurants and grounds/swimming pools.

The location is wonderful, very much off the beaten track this beautiful hotel is a haven.

La Bobadilla is about a 40 minute drive from Malaga airport and about 30 minutes from Granada airport, which is now served by Ryanair from Stansted.

The drive from Malaga airport took about 30 minutes late at night.

My only complaint about the room was the two twin beds pushed together to create a "king" bed.

Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom and separate loo and the salon was very spacious with a lovely balcony.

Additionally the place is beautiful, the staff are charming and the bathroom even in the smallest double room is huge.

The Room: Beautiful junior suite however, the ants kept coming through the wall into our room.

The room service breakfast has the added benefit of being available until noon, while the restaurant only offers breakfast until 11 am.

The rooms, restaurants, bar, gardens, pools all amazing.

It was wonderful to enjoy meals at either the more casual Cortijo restaurant or more gourmet Finca restaurant and to retire after the meal to a sofa right next to Andrey and his grand piano.

The "Finca" restaurant is reputed to be one of the best culinary experiences in Spain and the cuisine lived up to that reputation.

Walked up to outdoor lunch restaurant which was perfect.

SERVICE: All staff were all extremely friendly and the first room we were given keys to was spacious.

The pool at the hotel was amazing - huge, the staff was very sweet and helpful, room service was exceptionally quick and accurate.

During our recent visit, the reception staff was very accommodating in allowing us to check out late at 3 p.

We ate twice at La Finca - the first time was disastrous: sulky waiters, average food, poor service and a €280 bill.

We went horseback riding, played tennis, relaxed in the small indoor pool and sauna.

The spa is quite small but beautifully laid out and the jacuzzi with various jets is superb.

We each had a spa treatment however, the pedicure I received was extremely amature, the door was left open during the treatment for everyone (all 4 of them) in the indoor pool to look in.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the food was really good.

Fresh flowers in the room every day were a very pleasant touch as was a constantly replenished fruit bowl.

The wonderfully peaceful location and so well situated from the main road. Additionally the place is beautiful, the staff are charming and the bathroom even in the smallest double room is huge. Jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing, food is great and my GCSE Spanish didn't allow me to express my misgivings.

The view spectacular and surrounded by very peaceful countryside. The setting is delightful and the staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful. The rooms being so different is great and all the restaurants are amazing. The outdoor pool in October is bracing.

90 minutes sees you in Cordoba or up in the high valleys of the Sierra Nevada, great location and the hotel has beautiful little indoor fountains. The service was excellent and our rooms were gorgeous. The food was always good, the wine list provided a large selection of wines and the pool was huge - a big deal for children.

Wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and great hotel. The building was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and approachable and helpful. The suite was lovely, the Spa was excellent as were the two restaurants.

Superb views, nice setting and at very high prices. Service were excellent, the room we were eventually given had a lovely little garden and there food there was the best we had in all of Spain that we traveled. Spa were fantastic.

The location a little far away from the cities is quite tranquil, this hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Furthermore the baths are large enough for two, the restaurants are very cosy and the outdoor pool is huge.

The location was truly beautiful and the hotel staff was very helpful. The service was fantastic and in our room we had complimentary champagne. The food was delicious and the wines recommended to us were excellent.

A large pool area for families and superb hotel. Staff fantastic, great rooms and the bar does extremely good cocktails. Three excellent restaurants, just so romantic for candelit dinners and lovely spa.
