  The beach is wonderful to walk on, pool area is clean, lots of chairs and pools are big, for Restaurant a la carte I would say best place to be for the supper. All the staff are amazing and the lines at the bar could get long as well.

  Rooms out dated and food prepared enmass is never going to be great.

  Great location, nice place and the staff were friendly and informative. The tv was fine and sunset Terrace was very good. The food was excellent, the adult beverages were bottom shelf at best and the pools were exceptionally clean as were the patios.

  The beach and location are perfect, the Emperio hotel has a good happy hour from 6pm. The staff are amazing, the poolside restaurant is great for lunch and the pools are very big and nice.

  The staff were great, rooms were clean, and the location was fantastic, the hotel was super clean and everyone delightful. The service was pretty good, shower was fine and fish and chicken were always available for us non beef eaters.

  The city is extremely clean, the locals are very nice and helpful, every place is accessible for wheelchair, staff is very happy and hard working. Food is always mediocre, long lines to get a drink at the pool.

  The hotel was awesome, service were excellent and room safe was free and nice. The drinks were fine, good salad/appetizer bar and the steaks/seafood were good, the facilities were extremely clean.

  The staff were great, just not enough in certain areas and the beach was fantastic and the tide was never to rough to go swimming.

  Staff were wonderfully attentive, the guestrooms were spacious and spotless, the buffet at night was good in the past, turkey,paella, roast beef.

  At the barcelo, the service was again friendly and ever present, the rooms were excellent, the buffets were nicely presented and the food was always hot and fresh.
