The hotel provided a very good value for the money, thne staff were very helpfull and the bedding was lovely as were the beds.

Good location, the old town you will find small tapas bars and the hotel is clean & modern.

The underground parking area was secure and the programs on tv were in English i thought was excellent as not many hotels in Spain provide such a variety of channels in English.

Bathroom had shower was one of the best hotel showers I had ever used, the room were kept clean.

Clean and comfortable hotel, staff very helpfull, nice bed linen & large shower.

Beds comfortable and the breakfast was very good too.

The room was fine, buffet breakfast was excellent and the professional way we were recieved at the check-in counter.

bar/cafetaria area, pleasant service and i was pleasantly surprised to discover the bathrooms had been revamped.

breakfast isn't bad and facilities great.

In addition breakfasts good plenty of choice stayed 4 days.

All of your staff in the bar/ cafeteria were excellent.

Sunday morning we came down to the restaurant where they were serving a buffet.

We then went up to the desk to ask the clerk there if they had a "coffee" bar and were told, nothing till 11 am and so you will have to walk 10 min down the street.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant, receptionist did not hve our booking was a bad start.

    Good location for San Sebastian and modern hotel. Carpark prices very expensive at 17e overnight, efficient service and hand held shower head. All of your staff in the bar/ cafeteria were excellent.

    We were glad as the location was good - easy cab or walk to old town and i was positively surprised about the interior of the hotel. In addition comfortable and the staff were quite helpful as well, the room was kept nice.

    A luxury hotel, very well located for a good price and helpfull staff at the reception. Spacious rooms and excellent breakfast.
