Located close to excellent transport links, location of Hotel is very good and staff is friendly.

Excellent location - nearby shopping and wonderful hotel.

20 min walk to Dom & historic center, the location of Barcelo hotel is excellent next to the resturants and staff is very good.

The location was great and the proximity to the tram station was perfect for the early morning start to work.

The city itself is brilliant, good access to trams and the car park is situated below so very useful.

Helpful friendly staff, comfy bed and breakfast buffet excellent.

Location is near the centre, lovely clean hotel in a very good area of Cologne on the ring and the rooms are nice size.

Great location on Rudolfplatz and clean quiet comfortable central subway at doorstep. The quality was good and the Chrismas decorations were enchanting. The staff was friendly, we noted that the concierge was extremely helpful and polite, our room was pleasant. The sauna was excellent as well and breakfast was not included in the rate we paid.

The pillows were uncomfortable, the curtains were stained and the swimming pool was closed to.

Good location, within walking distance of the underground we found the walk to the Cathedral a nice meander through parts of Cologne and the hotel is very clean. WiFi service is free, room is comfortable and bars within easy reach. The elevators are quick.

A short 15 minute walk to the old town and only the price at 20 Euros is a bit much you are hungry will be worth the price. We would have liked a continental breakfast available instead of limiting us to the large expensive buffet and the manager didnt pay much attention to our problems. The pool is quite small about 10mx8m.

Great location and walking distance from the central station. In addition excellent value for money and the Chrismas decorations were enchanting. Staff were efficient and polite, the maid was just starting to clean. Beds were quite comfortable and breakfast was good.

Location is very good, free Wi-Fi is a welcome and staff is very nice and efficient. Rooms are large.

Subway a short walk away and the old town is pretty busy on a Friday. No laundry for the weekend so no clean towels or sheets and for of us a bit older the idea of stuffing in a great big meal early in the day is not appealing. The pool is quite small.

The fabulous location and good transportation links as the bus. The polite stuff and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room, a better bar than the one there.

The lobby stinks of old cigarettes, sheets uncomfortable and the food was quite disappointing. I waited 10 minutes the fact that receptionist was not busy.
