  The central location and nice hotel. Staff very communicative and helpful, smart, clean, lovely rooms. Provides a superb breakfast.

  And didn't stop well til after 2am, car park very tight and busy road. Not worth the money, the Manager eventually turned up.

  Location was excellent and as above, from breakfast and two members of staff there was little I liked about the hotel. The room was large and was quiet, food was of a good standard.

  The room we got was on the 3rd floor and was spacious and clean and had a lovely view of the castle, the hotel was in a convenient location, all staff were friendly, polite and efficient. Food – bar snack in the evening was really good.

  In summary, great location for the stadium, hotel was a really good experience and would defiantly stay again, reception staff were efficient rather than friendly. Our room was on the third floor and luckily we had an end room that was spacious.

  This hotel was once good and staff were efficient, polite helpful. My room was clean and was nicely furnished and the bed was very comfortable.
