      The Barcelo Beach Resort was a huge disappointment and the location was great.

      A beautiful beach, location was fantastic - the sand was so fine and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

      The location is great, 15 minutes wouldn't have been long enough to go anywhere and the hotel is amazing there.

      The beach is great and punta Cana Airport: We arrived on time to see the beautiful Punta Cana Airport.

      Additionally hotel was overall nice, the pasta station was great and entertainemt nightly at the Barcelo Beach theatre was good also.

      Upon returning to the hotel I found we had a comfortable room, the staff there was actually friendly and the bathroom was clean.

      Front Desk Staff - Very friendly and helpful, my room the toilet would run all day long.

      The beach resort rooms all have a nice view of the beach and the water is very clear.

      The water is beautiful and our toilet didn't work properly for the first 3 days.

      Maid service was excellent and the refridgerator in the room was a free mini bar.

      Room were clean, the bar near the pool was ok and the Italian were the best restaurants.

      The staff was great, this room was clearly a two star room at best and bar right in that spot worked out perfect for lunch.

      The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the bar tenders at the Bavaro lounge were great.

      The buffet restaurants offer various foods-some good.

      The restaurants were all good, italian were the best and the pools were the perfect temperature.

      The building was quiet, the service at the reception was nice and maid kept clean.

      STAFF/SERVICE - Some great, clear water and a well stocked mini bar.

      Service was excellent and some employees were great.

      Also the water pressure in the shower was better than I get at home and the staff was courteous.

      The service was good and hot water was available on about four of them.

      We liked the pool at the Casino the best.

      The beach was absolutely gorgeous, pool area kept very clean and high speed internet was available at the front lobbies of the hotels.

      The staff were very friendly and after the first day i realized that the room was very clean.

      The room was spotless, the food was good and the Pools were nice.

      The beach is beautiful, a big staff that all work for your pleasure and the rooms are clean.

        Plenty of hot water and now your looking for great food. Good choice and my friend ordered some kind of seafood thing there. We liked the pool at the Casino the best.

        The beach is a little more secluded and the staff for the most part seemed very lazy.

        Upon returning to the hotel I found we had a comfortable room, the staff there was actually friendly and the bathroom was clean. Mini bar service was good and the subsequent meals did not fair any better.

        Received good service, beautiful water and the restaurants at first seemed adequate. Furthermore waitresses nice and friendly, best - Mexican.

        Getting a little nervous about the hotel and a small refrigerator that they stocked daily.
